Fitness Should be Fun: Yoga Alphabet ABC

I am creating this new blog to help with my February goal to bring more Fun Fitness into my family.

My daughter had a great idea while doing yoga with me: "let's do the alphabet!"

Here is the letter A with two people (above). Can you make it with one person?

Hint: It doesn't have to be a capital letter.

Can you see the letter B?

What about C? Come on, use your imagination.

Better yet, grab your kids and start making the Yoga Alphabet yourself!
